The State Duma approved a bill allowing religious organizations to receive customs confiscation
A draft law has been submitted for consideration by the State Duma, including religious organizations among the recipients of customs confiscation. On March 31, 2022, a draft amendment to the federal law “On Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” was submitted to the State Duma. The initiators of the bill were deputies Oleg Leonov, Vladimir Senin, Artem Metelev, M.S. Kiselev, Alexander Bichaev, Olga Zanko.

A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 280 Criminal Code
In April 2022, a criminal case was initiated in the Rostov region for public incitement to extremism (Article 280 of the Criminal Code) against a 48-year-old local resident. According to the prosecutor's office, the accused published on social networks, "using a fake page", "text and graphic materials containing direct calls to commit violent acts against persons united on the basis of nationality."
