Denis Brel is suspected of participating in the Citizens of the USSR movement. In September 2023, an activist of the Citizens of the USSR movement was detained in Bryansk. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in an extremist organization). According to a media report, employees of the Bryansk Center “E” detained 39-year-old Denis Brel.

Alexander Gaitur became a suspect under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On September 18, 2023, a criminal case was opened in Kurgan under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization). The suspect was Jehovah's Witness Alexander Gaitur.

On September 17, 2023, it became known that the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kaluga Region refused to initiate a criminal case for insulting the feelings of believers based on complaints about the icon of the Mother of God made from microcircuits in the Mu Mu garbage museum in the Zhukovsky district. Let us remind you that after the complaint from “The Forty Sorokov” the museum removed the icon from the exhibition.

Andrei Polyakov is accused under Part 1 of Art. 282.4 CC. On September 13, 2023, it became known that a criminal case was opened against Tambov activist Andrei Polyakov under Part 1 of Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code (repeated public display of symbols of prohibited organizations).

On September 16, 2023, it became known that a criminal case had been initiated in Moscow under Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of illegal migration). The case was initiated in connection with the organization of a Muslim prayer house in one of the high-rise buildings.

On September 18, 2023, it became known that the magistrate court in Lyubertsy brought the local religious community of Muslims in Kotelniki to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Art. 5.

Igor Kocherov was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On September 8, 2023, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Novorossiysk arrested local resident Igor Kocherov for 15 days. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or display of symbols of prohibited organizations).
