On October 15, 2023, a video appeared of a nationalist march through Volgograd. The video shows how 12 strong young people walked through the city, chanting “Glory to Rus', Glory to Russia.” The procession took place in the evening; rare passers-by and passing cars were caught on video. The channel is run by Vladimir Monakhov, a well-known ultra-right activist in the city and a “fighter against pedophiles” in the spirit of the late Maxim (Tesak) Martsinkevich.

The indignation of the Orthodox was caused by the new thousandth banknote issued by the Central Bank, on which the Orthodox Church is depicted without crosses. On October 20, 2023, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation refused to register the party “For the Family!”, the initiators of the creation of which were the “Forty Forty” movement. The reason for the refusal was the non-compliance of the submitted documents with the requirements of the law “On Political Parties”.
