On October 17, 2023, the Pervomaisky District Court of Rostov-on-Don convicted Ruslan Domashin under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities made using the Internet).

On November 13, 14 and 15, 2023, the Federal List of Extremist Materials was updated. The list was supplemented by neo-Nazi poems by Marina Strukova, a member of the Russian National Unity organization since 1998, songs by neo-pagan nationalists, and an interview with Shamil Basayev.

In the Altai Republic, a “citizen of the USSR” was sentenced to imprisonment. In November 2023, a 56-year-old local resident was sentenced in the Altai Republic. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of a public association in respect of which the court has made a decision to prohibit activities that have entered into legal force in connection with the implementation of extremist activities) and Part 1 of Art.

Vladimir Morozov received a suspended sentence. On November 14, 2023, the Pskov Regional Court sentenced 46-year-old Velikiye Luki resident Vladimir Morozov under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism using the Internet).

In St. Petersburg, young people were detained who attacked a 22-year-old HSE student near the Ligovsky Prospekt metro station on November 11, 2023. On November 12, 2023, in Transport Lane in St. Petersburg, short-haired young people “in rolled up jeans and heavy boots” were detained - 20-year-old Semyon Yakimtsev and two minors D. and E. (17 and 15 years old). On November 11, an eyewitness reported to the police about a group attack near the Platforma shopping center in Transportny Lane.

Madrid Ganiev received a suspended sentence of one and a half years. On September 20, 2023, the Derbent City Court of the Republic of Dagestan sentenced Derbent resident Madrid Ganiev under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities).

In November 2023, it became known that Roman Zheleznov (Zukhel), a well-known Russian neo-Nazi who emigrated to Ukraine and even briefly fought in Azov, was suspected of administering the far-right Telegram channel of the NS/WP group. In January 2024, Zheleznov was arrested in absentia on charges of inciting hatred, calls for terrorism and extremism, and participation in a terrorist organization.
