Daria Kozyreva was detained for pasting an excerpt from his famous poem onto the Shevchenko monument. On February 24, 2024, 18-year-old Daria Kozyreva was detained in St. Petersburg. It was alleged that a protocol would be drawn up against her under Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Administrative Code (disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer), however, on February 26 it became known that a criminal case had been opened against Kozyreva under Part 1 of Art.

In Yaroslavl, Maxim Matyash and Mikhail Velkhovoy were sentenced to imprisonment for the murder of a person of “non-Slavic appearance.” On February 16, 2024, the Yaroslavl Regional Court rendered a verdict under paragraphs. “d”, “g”, “l” part 2 tbsp. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder committed with particular cruelty by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, motivated by national hatred and enmity). Brothers Maxim Matyash (born 1991) and Mikhail Velkhovoy (born 1987) were found guilty.

The police believe that the author of the channel should have reported the ban on Navalny’s organizations in publications mentioning his name. On February 25, 2024, in Ulyanovsk, the police drew up a report under Part 2 of Art. 13.15 Code of Administrative Offenses (mention of an extremist organization without indicating its status) against the author of the local Telegram channel “Simbirsk Shugozhor” Vitaly Akhmerov.

The burning of isolation was again seen as a rehabilitation of Nazism. On February 22, 2024, it became known that a criminal case under Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism) in relation to 43-year-old Vitaly (last name not reported).
