Due to the increase in the number of administrative cases under Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols and symbols of prohibited organizations), we combine similar cases for each month into a single list. On October 24, 2024, it became known that the court arrested a 27-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, a resident of the Svobodnensky district of the Amur region, for 3 days.

A criminal case has been opened for insulting the memory of defenders of the Fatherland. Two suspects have been detained. On October 4, 2024, the main department of the Investigative Committee for Moscow announced the initiation of a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code on the rehabilitation of Nazism (insult to the memory of defenders of the Fatherland) against two citizens of Tajikistan.

In September 2024, we learned of 17 people who had been seriously beaten in hate-motivated attacks. One person was killed: in Tula, far-right teenagers beat a homosexual to death on a fake date in his apartment. In the vast majority of cases, we learned about attacks from videos published in far-right Telegram channels.

Yaroslav Rechkalov was sentenced to 10 years in prison. On September 27, 2024, the First Western District Military Court sentenced car mechanic Yaroslav Rechkalov under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization). He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, two of which he will spend in prison, and the remaining eight years in a maximum security correctional colony.

Boris (Mansur) Gneev was found guilty of inciting hatred or enmity. On October 4, 2024, the Ust-Labinsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory fined blogger Boris Gneev 15 thousand rubles. He was found guilty under Art. 20.3.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity).

In Kaliningrad, an attack occurred on a female janitor who was cleaning the street. On September 22, 2024, in Kaliningrad, on Soldatskaya Street, an unknown man attacked a 52-year-old female janitor, Khalida, who was cleaning the street. A woman and her partner were cleaning the site when an unknown man and his wife approached them. The attacker started shouting at her. “He asked what I was doing here. I said I was cleaning and working.
