On April 3, 2026, it became known that the 2nd Western District Military Court sentenced 42-year-old Bryansk resident Vitaly Razlugo to nine years in prison for money transfers to Artpodgotovka. Razlugo was found guilty under Part 1.1 of Art. 205.1 of the Criminal Code (financing of terrorism). He will spend the first three years of his sentence in prison, the rest of the term in a maximum security colony. In addition to imprisonment, he was also given a fine of 300 thousand rubles.

On February 16, 2026, the Leninsky District Court of Astrakhan received a case under Part 1 of Art. 148 of the Criminal Code (insulting the religious feelings of believers), paragraph “a”, part 1, art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of national hatred). Probably, we are talking about Gennady Nikitin, whom the same court in 2025 brought to justice several times under Art. 20.3.1 Code of Administrative Offences.
