The ex-head of the Kuzbass traffic police, convicted for the deaths of four women, applied for parole
The ex-head of the traffic police of Kuzbass, Yuri Movshin, filed a petition for parole. He was convicted of an accident in which four women died. Movshin's lawyer filed a petition "for parole from imprisonment, detention in a disciplinary military unit, forced labor," according to the case file on the website of the Tagilstroevsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil. The former head of the traffic police is serving a sentence in the Sverdlovsk region.
