Residents of Nelkan asked to posthumously reward the passenger of the crashed plane for saving a child
Residents of the village of Nelkan, where the L-410 passenger plane crashed on November 15, asked the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory to posthumously reward the passenger who, in their opinion, saved a three-year-old girl. The chief specialist of the Nelkana administration, Marina Stulkova, told Interfax that residents turned to the head of the region and the village administration with a request to reward the deceased Olga Laponnikova.
