AstraZeneca to spend $39 billion to buy rare disease drug developer
British company AstraZeneca, which is developing an inexpensive and mass-produced "Oxford" coronavirus vaccine, has announced the purchase of the American Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Bloomberg reported .
