In the South African port of the NGKU, the Russian cargo ship is being tested, on board which are found underly detective explosive materials of industrial purposes. This was reported by RBC with reference to the head of the port of Tulani Dubko. The final decision on whether the ship will be detained will be made on Saturday, Dubko noted.
