A person’s life has one very interesting property - an unpredictable ending. In fact, it is very difficult to determine how much one or another person will still live. Sometimes oncological patients manage to survive their doctors. I wanted to hang a poster with statistics in the Moscow Oncology Center: in Russia this year, crossing the road, so many died, and so many from cancer. Indeed, in principle, it is obvious that crossing the road is more dangerous. But statistics are statistics, and personal experiences are personal experiences. Therefore, for any person, the idea that he is still mortal is a very difficult thought. And when he comes to this thought, he begins to build his strategy of life.

Thinking about the question: "How would you live this day if you had the last one?" -Many begin to change something. And it seems to me that if you were pleased with your entire previous life, you will be pleased with this day. That is why I try to make all the resources gather together, the information accumulates, and then all this was spent in the most effective way.

On November 4, I wanted to spend a big holiday for myself, families and those who took care of me all this time, it was my birthday. But this year on this day I was still accumulating my strength in the hospital. I need to solve a very pressing problem with the kidneys, as well as restore muscle forces. I need them in order to finish the course of radiation therapy, undergo all tests, after which there will be bone marrow transplantation within three weeks. On November 8, my donor sister flies to New York.

Transplantation is an interesting process during which the cells of the donor immune system will be launched into the patient's immune system. They will begin a struggle among themselves, and the remnants of cancer tumors will become a common enemy. Therefore, it is very important now to reduce the size of these tumors to single cells. During this struggle, cancer should be completely destroyed, it is more effective than chemotherapy and acts directly on the tumors. But since this is a complex process that will cause the interaction of two immunities, restoration will take a long time. And for this period, special treatment will also be required. So all the time it goes to careful planning.
