The fight against corruption is a terrible business. First, under this slogan, the heads of law enforcement agencies are fired en masse, then the Prosecutor General. We, in our naivety, thought that we should be imprisoned for taking bribes - but it turns out that no, you can just fire them. And now Deputy Prosecutor General Kolesnikov, apparently not wanting to follow in the footsteps of his boss, is proposing to change the Constitution in order to more effectively fight corruption.
