Discrimination has nothing to do with it
“Khodorkovsky’s complaint will be considered as a priority,” Lucius Wildhaber, president of the European Court of Human Rights, said on Thursday. Commenting on the rule in the Strasbourg court's rules, according to which complaints from famous people can be examined under an accelerated procedure, Wildhaber said: “I would not call this discrimination. We regard this as treating unequal problems in an unequal manner.”
