In the Lipetsk region, a court sentenced a 50-year-old local resident accused of the death of his girlfriend to 11 years in a special regime colony, according to the website of the regional department of the Investigative Committee. According to investigators, in July last year in the village of Dmitryashevka, the accused, while drunk, during a quarrel doused his partner with gasoline and set her on fire. As a result, the 57-year-old victim received burns on 18% of her body, but remained alive.
