The founder of The Pirate Bay sentenced to 3.5 years in prison
A Danish court has sentenced Gottfried Svartholm, co-founder of The Pirate Bay, to three and a half years in prison. The day before, Svartholm was found guilty of organizing hacker attacks on the IT company CSC. Together with Gottfried Svartholm, his accomplice was convicted. His name is not called, it is only known that he is a 21-year-old citizen of Denmark. He was sentenced to six months in prison and released in the courtroom after spending 17 months under investigation.
