"Caspian five" did not solve anything
The first summit of the Caspian Five will not be the last, and this, according to many observers, is the only visible achievement of the meeting at the highest level of the presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran. They failed, contrary to optimistic forecasts, to sign even the general political final declaration, on which experts of the five countries have been working on for about two years, Interfax reports.
