Russian MPs suggests fines up to €3,400 for ‘LGBT propaganda’
Alexander Khinshtein, the chairman of the State Duma’s Committee on Information Policy, has offered Russia’s government to evaluate his bill on “LGBT and paedophilia propaganda” which involves fines of up to 200,000 rubles (€3,400). Corporate entities will face up to 4,000,000 rubles (€67,000) in fines or suspension of all activities up to 90 days; foreign nationals will be arrested for 15 days and then deported.
