The good news was reported by lawyer Kaloy Akhilgov, one of the opponents of the discriminatory conscript amendments to the law “On Military Service”, which 12 State Duma deputies led by Andrei Kartapolov have been trying to promote since March. 11 authors of the amendments withdrew their signatures in a letter addressed to the Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
