Alexander Goryachev , who was detained in Zheleznodorozhny on December 25, was released from the police department, having drawn up a protocol under part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. This was reported to OVD-Info by activist Vera Gorbunova. A court date has not yet been set. Goryachev was detained for organizing an allegedly unsanctioned rally dedicated, in particular, to the problems of the unification of Zheleznodorozhny and Balashikha.

On December 19, the Presnensky District Court returned to the police ten protocols under part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, drawn up against participants in the rally near the White House on Constitution Day (reading the parody "Conceptual" Constitution). In Zheleznodorozhny, on December 25, the organizer of the rally, member of the Communist Party Alexander Goryachev, was detained. He is currently at the police station. Vera Gorbunova reported this to the OVD-Info hotline.

On December 25, the judge of the Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar, Stanislav Burenko, found Viktor Chirikov guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) and imposed on him the maximum punishment provided for by this rule - fifteen days of arrest.
