A Saratov deputy was prescribed compulsory treatment in the case of “fake stories” about the army
Oleg Nepein, a deputy from the village of Khoperskoye who considers himself a “citizen of the USSR”, was sent for compulsory treatment, writes SOTA. The Balashovsky District Court recognized that Nepein had spread “fakes” about the Russian army (clause “d”, part 2, article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), but exempted him from criminal liability due to a mental disorder discovered during a psychiatric examination.
