Participants of the skinhead march in Syktyvkar were detained
In early March 2005, law enforcement officials detained 22 people who had taken part in a skinhead march in the city of Syktyvkar. According to Vladimir Ivanov, head of the Syktyvkar Department of Internal Affairs, a group of short-haired young people was detained near school N12, among whom were students of schools N12, 25, 38, lyceum students, students of KSPI and SSU, and private entrepreneurs. The youngest detainee is 13 years old.
