The editor-in-chief of Russkaya Pravda was charged under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation
On December 16, 2005, the editor-in-chief of Russkaya Pravda, Alexander Aratov, was charged with committing crimes under part 2, paragraph "b" of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("action aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity, committed by a person using his official position). He was sent a decision on the election of a measure of restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave.
