Nazi skinheads convicted of attacks and murder motivated by hatred in Tomsk
November 7 2011 Tomsk Regional Court convicted a group of 7 underage teenagers for a series of attacks and a murder motivated by hate. They were recognized guilty, depending on the birth of each in paragraphs "e", "l" part 2 of article 105 (murder, motivated by hatred), par. "a", part 3 of article 111 (causing grievous harm health), part 2 of article 213 (hooliganism), part 1 of article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate damage property).
