On July 12, 2012, the “Federal List of extremist materials”, paragraphs. 1280-1351. The list was replenished: an opposition leaflet, two pagan books and a number of Islamist materials, the vast majority of which (68 points) were recognized as extremist decision of the Leninsky District Court of Orenburg dated March 21 this year. In early July 2012, Orthodox activists in Perm said that the figure of the three-armed Christ presented at the exhibition of sand sculptures "insults their feelings and humiliates the Orthodox religion." Recall that the sculpture was created by Perm artists specifically for the White Nights festival at the end of May 2012 and represents a figure of a blessing Christ.

On July 11, 2012, two incidents of vandalism were reported in late June 2012 at the Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses. On June 28, 2012, unidentified persons fired three shots at the window of the worship building of Jehovah's Witnesses in Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory. On June 29, 2012, an “offensive” inscription was placed on the facade of the Kingdom Hall in Osinniki, Kemerovo Region. The believers turned to the police with statements.

On July 11, 2012, the Magistrate District of the Khamovniki Court of Moscow issued a verdict against Eldar Damirov, accused under Part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (beatings). E. Damirov is accused of beating R. Dobrokhotov, one of the organizers of the failed prayer service “for the expulsion of Putin,” which was scheduled for April 29, 2012. The court sentenced E. Damirov to 6 months of correctional labor.

On July 12, 2012, the Prosecutor's Office of the Central Administrative district of Moscow approved the indictment conclusion on the case of the "punk prayer" in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and handed it over to to the Khamovniki Court of Moscow. It should be noted that the prosecutor's office received a conclusion the day before, July 11, 2011. Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, Ekaterina Samutsevich and Maria Alekhina charged under Part 2 of Art.

On June 29, 2012, local residents of Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov Region, protested against holding a congress of Jehovah's Witnesses. In protest, a dump truck of dung was dumped in front of the entrance to the Kingdom Hall grounds. According to community members, the dump truck, driving off, cut off the city's power line and damaged the telephone wire. The believers turned to the police.

On July 12, 2012, the Kaliningrad Regional Court passed a sentence against A. Nasonov, a 20-year-old resident of Kaliningrad, who attempted to blow up a mosque under construction in Kaliningrad in November 2011. He was found guilty under Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempt to commit a terrorist act) and sentenced to three years in a penal colony.

July 12, 2012 in the Leninsky District Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Novgorod began consideration of the case about the arson of the building of the reception room of the deputy of the OZS Vadim Zhuk ("United Russia") on Lenin Avenue in Nizhny Novgorod. Two teenagers are charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior agreement on hate motive).

On July 12, 2012, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation considered the complaint against sentence of the Moscow City Court in the case of the racist murder of a citizen of the DPRK Li Zhi Wei in May 2006 of the year. Recall that on April 4, the jury recognized the neo-Nazis Nikolai Korolyov and Oleg Kostyreva guilty under paragraph “l” h. 2 Article. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder motivated by ethnic hatred).
