In Sevastopol, the court fined a Salafi imam for public calls for extremist activity. On October 23, 2019, it became known that Balaklavsky the district court of Sevastopol fined Imam Rustem Abilev, a 35-year-old native Uzbekistan, for 100 thousand rubles, having found him guilty under Part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for extremist activity).
