The prosecutor demands that a Jehovah's Witness from Rostov-on-Don be sentenced to four years probation
Semyon Baibak is accused of financing extremist activities and participating in the activities of an extremist organization. On November 21, 2020, it became known that during the debate in the Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don, the prosecutor demanded that Semyon Baibak, a follower of the teachings of Jehovah’s Witnesses, be sentenced to four years’ suspended imprisonment with restriction of liberty for one year and a probationary period for five years. He is charged under Part 2 of Art.
