In St. Petersburg, a case has been brought to court against a group of 10 young people accused of attacking natives of Central Asia. In November 2020, the Krasnogvardeisky District Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee for St. Petersburg completed the investigation of a criminal case against 10 people, accused depending on the role of each, under Part 2 of Art. 213 (hooliganism), s.p.
