In Kirovsk, wreaths at the memorial to soldiers of the Great Patriotic War caught fire, and part of the monument collapsed due to the fire, reports the local portal Khibiny.com. The fire occurred on the afternoon of October 14. First, the memorial wreaths caught fire, then the fire spread to the marble slabs of the memorial. As Flashnord reports , citing its sources in law enforcement agencies, the fire could have been started by a newlywed couple.
