A “funeral” was held for the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications in Moscow over VPN bills and possible blocking of Telegram
In Moscow, flowers were laid at the building of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications: a group of activists staged a protest in connection with the ministry's bills and statements about the possible blocking of Telegram. The action was announced in the Telegram channel “Protest Moscow”: participants are outraged by the bills on instant messengers and VPN, as well as amendments to the bill on critical infrastructure. The protesters brought two carnations to the ministry building.

As RT reports , most often sick leave was received by residents of the Yaroslavl, Moscow and Tver regions. They are followed by residents of the Vologda region and Mari El. The document was published on the portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
