Experiments of sympathy. Ten important books at Non/Fiction Fair
On December 5, in Moscow, the Non/Fiction fair opens-the largest book exhibition-fair in the country, which annually proves to readers that there are much more good books in Russia than they can take in five days, even with all their packages. Especially for “such cases,” Lisa Birger chose ten books of fair, which explain our private “most important”: how through conversations we learn sympathy, and sympathy is able to change the world or at least our ideas about it.
