Against the policeman who kicked Margarita Yudin in his stomach, will not institute criminal proceedings
Law enforcement agencies will not initiate a case against a policeman who, at the protest in St. Petersburg, hit Margarita Yudin in his stomach. This was announced to the "team 29" human rights activist Dinar Idrisov, who filed an application for initiating a criminal case. Earlier, on his own initiative, he demanded that the policeman be held accountable. So far, Idrisov has not been provided with any documents or their copies to refuse to institute criminal proceedings.
