So it turns out that sometimes a person's life turns out to be a property: public or party. Sometimes state or military. The person is not to blame. He didn't want that in the slightest. It’s just that at some point he took the height with one grenade, won the Olympics, was sent to prison or whatever the devil knows what. But it's definitely not his choice. This is not someone's choice at all, this is the notorious "story".

Then thousands of people send you letters or postcards with questions: “What's new?”, “How is your wife?”, “What did the doctors say?”, “What will you do with the game?”, “Will you change the skating program for the next championship?” .

And you wake up in the morning, open your laptop and understand that you are not ready for this, you were not taught.

You are not a party builder, you are an activist with a street outlook. You are not an international master of sports and have no idea how politicians will use you, and there are bastards around who will not protect you.

I will answer about doctors: they talk a lot. You can listen to voice recordings for hours. Only the answer to the question "What does this mean?" will be as valuable and competent as the same game/forecasts for the season.

But real heroes should know and be able to do everything, because people are scared.

They need to know that someone with one grenade will easily take the height.

Therefore, I write on the net - my platelets are 27, and they congratulate me. At a rate of under 150. I am writing that I was hit by fragments of a lamp that fell from the ceiling, but I did not have to call an ambulance. You know, the platelets are up a bit. Congratulations again. I am writing that a formation appeared in my spinal canal that blocks the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, but not of a cancerous nature.

They congratulate me. Like a hero. Although it is the prospect of death within weeks.

Probably, in fact, the hero is not the one who can endure all this treatment, but the one who is able to stoically sit with his eye closed and simply humanly explain to everyone and everyone: “Yes, everything is better, although far from ideal. Yes, doctors are cautious, but rather optimistic.”

Doing it calmly over and over again is probably heroism. Feel free to receive advice on clinics and methods. This is also heroism. This is the kind of heroism: to treat everyone with attention and understanding. Cancer does not require it. He needs people. Just not to forget that the heroes remained and that everyone can have the same “fairy tale in life”. And what happens in the end - "House-4" or "Clinic-5" - the author of life is not to blame.
