"Agency": Russia has begun banning concerts of Ukrainian and Russian artists who spoke out against the war
An unnamed concert promoter told Agency that he was banned from inviting a number of Ukrainian performers to perform in Russia, as well as Russian artists who spoke out against the war with Ukraine. The Agency published a list of 22 artists to whom this requirement applies. Among them were Ivan Dorn, Svetlana Loboda , Vera Brezhneva, Monatik, the Okean Elzy group, as well as Boris Grebenshchikov, Valery Meladze, Maxim Galkin, Oxxxymiron and Noiz MC.
