The court replaced the punishment for a picture with Tesak and Pushkin from a penal settlement with a fine
On January 16, the Moscow City Court replaced the sentence for Zelenograd resident Yevgeny Kort, who was previously sentenced to a year in a colony-settlement for publishing an image with nationalist Martsinkevich and Alexander Pushkin, to a fine of 200,000 rubles. This was reported by Open Russia, whose lawyer, Sergei Badamshin, represents the interests of Kort. Meanwhile, the defense insisted on Kort's acquittal and intends to appeal against the decision of the Moscow City Court on the fine.
