An OPR activist detained in Vologda was fined for disobedience to police demands
Detained in Vologda on March 20, Alexander Makarov, an activist and member of the Association of Carriers of Russia, was found guilty on March 21 by the Vologda District Court of disobeying the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined a thousand rubles.
