The Supreme Court commuted the sentence in the case of NOMP leader Kvachkov and Kiselev
On July 18, 2013, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation commuted the sentence in the case of the leader of the All-Russian People's Militia named after Minin and Pozharsky (NOMP) Colonel of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU), retired Vladimir Kvachkov and a retired captain of the criminal investigation department from St. Petersburg Aleksey Kiselyov, who were accused of attempting to prepare an armed rebellion and facilitating terrorist activities.
