Case of creation of extremist community brought to court
On July 18, 2013, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Vladimir Region announced the completion of the investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation of an extremist community) in relation to a 30-year-old resident of Vladimir. The case with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.

Criminal case for materials on social networks
On July 18, 2013, the investigative committee for the Ulyanovsk region announced that a criminal case had been opened against two local residents suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred or enmity). The Supreme Court commuted the sentence in the case of NOMP leader Kvachkov and Kiselev
