Maxim Dobrykh is charged under Part 3 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code. On July 9, 2021, it became known that the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court would consider the case of Maxim Dobrykh, accused under Part 3 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (dissemination of information expressing clear disrespect for society about the days of military glory and memorable dates of Russia related to the defense of the Fatherland, committed publicly).

Two believers were taken into custody. On July 12, 2021, it became known that in the Vladimir region, criminal cases were initiated against followers of the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization). The suspects were 48-year-old Aleksey Kupriyanov from the city of Kovrov and 45-year-old Roman Adestov from the village of Ivanovo.

Vyacheslav Kabankov released from criminal liability under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code. On July 12, 2021, it became known that in Arkhangelsk, the Oktyabrsky District Court dismissed the criminal case of 40-year-old Vyacheslav Kabankov, accused under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism on the Internet), and imposed a court fine on him in the amount of 20 thousand rubles.

Yevgeny Saykov was brought to justice under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On July 12, 2021, the Central District Court of Orenburg under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (incitement of social hatred) fined a local resident Yevgeny Saykov for 10 thousand rubles.

Biryukov is a member of the bureau of the presidium of the Rodina political council. On July 12, 2021, it became known that the Rodina party nominated far-right politician Fyodor Biryukov, who is currently a member of the bureau of the presidium of the political council of the party, to the deputies of the city parliament of St. Petersburg. Biryukov has been a party member since 2005.

Mikhail Alferov is charged under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code. On July 12, 2021, it became known that in Kemerovo a criminal case was initiated against local blogger Mikhail Alferov under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting social hatred). The Kirovsky District Court imposed a preventive measure in the form of house arrest on him.

The Court of Cassation dismissed the complaint against the decision of the Fifth Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction.

In July 2021, in the Tula region, Vyacheslav Podchufarov, Sergey Vorontsov and Svetlana Vorontsova were found guilty of participating in the activities of an extremist organization. In December 2021, the punishment was mitigated: real terms were replaced with suspended ones.
