Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, Interfax writes . “We must vaccinate six to seven million people in the future, and such a machine cannot be rolled out right away. And gradually we need to get into this, and work out both the mechanisms of digital recording and the logistics of the movement of the cold chain - delivery, storage,” Sobyanin said.
