In Ulyanovsk, three students were injured due to an emergency alarm at a school, reports city mayor Alexander Boldakin. As the authorities clarified, due to a power outage at school 64 on Novosondetsky Boulevard, the fire alarm went off, causing three 5th grade students - a girl and two boys - to panic and jump out of a second-floor window.
