The majority of voters in the Komi Republic voted against the amendments to the Constitution. 68.88% of voters were against, 29.93% were in favor, follows from the CEC data on the results of processing 5.2% of the protocols. Komi became the first region, which, according to preliminary information, voted against the amendments. Across Russia, according to the CEC, after processing 30% of the protocols, 74.10% of voters voted for the adoption of the amendments, against 24.97%.
