Residents of the village of Chernovskoye, which is part of the Miass urban district in the Chelyabinsk region, were prevented from holding a people's gathering on October 19 to discuss a number of local problems. This is reported by the publication Znak.Com with reference to the activist Alena Pudova. As Pudova said, a district police officer came to the meeting place of the villagers: he checked the documents, looked at the invitations, but did nothing more.
