On May 16, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow placed Alexander Kiryukhin, deputy head of the Federal Reserve Agency, under house arrest until June 20 in the case of embezzlement in the execution of a state contract for 3 billion rubles, a court representative told RIA Novosti . On May 17, the court also arrested Sergei Ulanin, director of the Research Institute for Storage Problems of the Federal Reserve Agency (NIPH), until June 20 in the case of embezzlement.
