Human rights activists spoke about the detention of a Khabarovsk LGBT activist who was charged with pornography
In Khabarovsk, LGBT activist Yulia Tsvetkova was detained, against whom a criminal case had previously been opened for pornography (clause “b” of part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code), reports the Russian LGBT Network. As told Svetlana Zakharova, the organization’s communications manager, OVD-Info, Tsvetkova was detained for violating her recognizance not to leave. The girl is in police department No. 8, they are going to transfer her to Komsomolsk-on-Amur, where she lives.
