Apricots, cherries and plums from Armenia have been banned in Russia
Rosselkhoznadzor has temporarily banned the import of a number of fruits from Armenia to Russia since June 2. The following were banned: cherry, cherries, apricot, plum, peach, nectarine, grape. In recent days, Rosselkhoznadzor has banned the import of many products from Armenia to Russia, including strawberries, herbs, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, several brands of cognac and wine. Relations between Russia and Armenia have worsened as Yerevan began to establish ties with Western countries.
