Three activists of the Restrukt movement were arrested in Moscow.
On June 21, 2014, a court in Moscow ruled that three activists of the Restrukt movement, 17-year-old Kirill Filatov, as well as Andrei Makarov and Dmitry Sheldyashov, were taken into custody. In June 2015, the terms of detention were extended. According to law enforcement agencies, they are suspected of killing Zaur Alyshev, a 37-year-old native of Azerbaijan, whom they mistook for a drug dealer. They are charged with Part 4 of Art.
