In Moscow, political scientist Valery Soloviev, together with his son, was taken to the Investigative Committee as witnesses in a criminal case. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to his wife. According to RT and Znak , a case was opened against him under Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity). Under this article, a political scientist can face up to six years in prison.
